We also three new Scepters, Scepters of Dominance / Insight / Fugue with many players especially excited about the Scepter of Dominance. We also have a bunch of info about the upcoming Nicol Bolas planeswalker card with the ability to destroy non-creature permanents, control creatures and a last ability "better than Cruel Ultimatum"!
