The March banned/restricted update brings some pretty big changes to Extended and a new "Commander" format to MTGO! Check out the Morningtide release on MTGO and the new MTGO avatars (along with some updates to our existing avatars). User Corner Question to Derek and Gavin: If one wants to make a jump from casual player to a beginning tourney player, any tips on how to train / practice / study the game, etc? TONS of good info for you tourney players! Stump the Chump From Lord Humungus: Our resident mad scientist has an Eon Hub and an Isochron Scepter (imprinted with Reality Ripple) in play. Then he plays Sands of Time when most everyone is tapped out. Just before his next turn comes around, he phases out the Sands of Time with the Scepter. The argument arose as to whether he got to untap during his untap step, and whether he got an untap step at all. I told them I didn't want to have anything to do with Sands of Time, so I'm passing this along to you guys. MTGCast News Check out the horizon and Ah-Hoy! may be setting sail again soon!
