This comes from an article Tom read in Beckett Magazine: In MTGO, open up your Collection Screen, go the Collection page and set the Number Owned = 0. This shows you every card available now, and some cards that are planned to be released in the future. Now click the Promo tab (Letters are PRM) located between the Vanguard and Mirage tabs.
